Official Contact Channel
GWYF Guide Wiki uses an account-based support ticket system as its public contact channel. We do not currently publish a general-purpose email address. The ticket system keeps requests and replies together and lets you review their status.
To contact us:
- Create an account or sign in.
- Open Support Tickets.
- Select New Ticket, describe the request, and submit it.
- Return to the same page to read replies or add follow-up information.
Account access is required to reduce spam and keep a request connected to its replies. Creating a ticket does not guarantee a specific response time, but valid requests are reviewed as operational capacity allows.
What You Can Report
Use a ticket for:
- factual corrections or outdated game information;
- broken links, page errors, or accessibility problems;
- privacy requests or questions about site data practices;
- copyright, trademark, attribution, or removal concerns;
- unsafe, misleading, or policy-incompatible content; and
- technical problems with the website or your support ticket.
For a content correction, include the page URL, the exact statement at issue, and a reliable source or reproducible observation when possible.
What Not to Send
Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Site staff will never ask for your password.
Game and Steam Support
This site is an independent fan resource and cannot provide refunds, account recovery, game moderation, bans, or official technical support for Gamble With Your Friends or Steam. For those matters, use the game's official channels or Steam Support.
Urgent Matters
The ticket system is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. For gambling-related harm, see our Responsible Gaming page.
